By participating as a vendor in this event hosted by Hamilton Loft, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: All vendors assume full responsibility for their property and merchandise, including any risks associated with damage, loss, theft, or accidents occurring before, during, or after the event. Hamilton Loft, along with its employees and representatives, is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to vendor property or merchandise. Vendors agree to hold Hamilton Loft harmless and indemnify them from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from their participation, including claims related to vendor products, services, or conduct. Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance required for their participation and agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws as well as event policies. Vendors are also responsible for the setup and cleanup of their area, leaving it in the same condition as upon arrival, with Hamilton Loft reserving the right to charge a cleanup fee if additional services are needed.
Hamilton Loft reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason, including inclement weather, safety concerns, or low attendance. In such cases, vendor fees may be refunded at the discretion of Hamilton Loft. Vendors acknowledge that Hamilton Loft is not liable for any business losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances impacting vendor sales, including low attendance or technical difficulties. By participating, vendors grant Hamilton Loft permission to photograph or promote their booth and products for event marketing purposes without additional permissions or compensation.
