• How much do you charge?​

  • Package and Fees:

    • Rental hours from 8am-10pm

    • Hourly rental: $100

    • Cleaning fee: $100

    • Deposit: 50% of the event to reserve the date

    • If renting from 8pm-10pm there will be a required building attendant added to the party for an additional fee

• Is there a deposit for booking an event due?

  • ​50% of the deposit is due at booking and remaining balance is due week of event. We accept cash, check or zelle (HamiltonLoftLP@gmail.com). No refund will be issued if event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date.

• Do I need to set up and clean up after my event? ​

  • ​Renter will setup event and clean up as much as possible. Cleanup includes sweeping and bringing garbage to the dumpster

• Do we need to bring our own garbage bags and paper products? 

  • ​Hamilton Loft will provide garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper in the kitchen and bathrooms.

• How many tables and chairs are there?

  • Tables and chairs provided by Hamilton Loft - 12 longer tables, 8 cocktail tables, 50 black chairs and black linens.

• Can I bring my own food and drinks?

  • Renter can bring food, beverages, and desserts. 

​

•  Do you have wifi?

  • Yes, Wifi and a bluetooth speaker available for use.

• Why do I get charged a cleaning fee if I am responsible for cleaning?

  • The cleaning fee covers the deep clean, linens, products, and bathrooms.  After each party we do a full clean of the space and refill products needed.  The fee covers that.

• How many bathrooms do you have?

  • Two bathrooms 

​

• Do you have a kitchen? 

  • We have converted our kitchen area into an open concept so now we have a wet bar with large island for the space.  A full size fridge as well.

• Is there parking?

  • There is parking around the building that is typically available.

​

• Can guest go on the spiral staircase?

  • Guests are not allowed to go upstairs due to the liability of the staircase

​

• Do you have an elevator?

  • There is no elevator or ramp in the building

​

• Do we have access to the courtyard?

  • No the courtyard is not owned by Hamilton Loft.  ​

• Live Music is allowed but we must have all off by 11pm for our neighbors.
